“DONO DORATO” a regional pasta format and born from the meeting of durum wheat semolina and water. Their shape is obtained from small sticks one centimeter thick that are cut into small cylinders of a couple of centimeters each. The cylinders are then hollowed out, making them rub on the cutting board and keeping them pressed against it.
