The hand-peeled tomatoes “Dono Dorato” are lightly scalded, peeled one by one exclusively by hand and placed in the glass jars just opened, they release all the scent of fresh tomatoes. Finally, they are pasteurized with the delicate cooking in a water bath so as not to alter the flavor.
