I have always been fascinated by the world of Mixology, I am attracted by combining food with cocktails. Hence the desire to learn new techniques and create original cocktails presented in a different way, making the most of raw materials.
To do this requires a lot of study, dedication, patience and some sacrifice. I am studying in a private Academy, Bar University and I attend specific training courses, where I am learning “the basics” to be able to serve those in front of me something that can touch perfection and the incredible.
For about a year I have been doing an in-depth study on spices and I have developed a new type of GIN.
I want to spread the culture of “drinking well and with awareness”.
I moved to Switzerland, I started working as a Barman in a Discopub and recently I decided to change and start a new adventure as a Bar Chef in a Cocktail Bar with cuisine specialized in Mexican Food.
