I have always loved creativity and I started studying fashion, I was born as a designer of high fashion clothes …

But life changes plans and so it was for me.

Almost for fun one day I asked a restaurant that was looking for staff, in particular a commis, if it hired me and despite not having any experience, to my huge surprise I was hired.

For the past four years I have been working and I am part of the restaurant world as a kitchen commis and pastry commis .

I am also a food blogger and I share all my dishes on social media. As I said from the beginning I love creativity and cooking and pastry are worlds where creativity is the master.
