Angela D'Errico

The kitchen represents me and is the place where I feel most connected with myself. I know exactly what to do and where to go without ever losing the ultimate goal: to give a moment of happiness.
Respect, truth, progress and passion are all qualities that are reflected in my dishes. I use simple ingredients, from the territory, which capture the essence of taste and beauty, which speak of truth without the one who tastes being able to perceive artificiality
Among my work experiences I was able to understand the importance of the land and its fruits.
Picking a newborn tomato, tasting it, the scent of the earth and its flowers, are sensations that recall the past, the tradition that is never forgotten in any of my dishes.
Each element reminds me of something I experienced and transferring it through my kitchen allows me to relive that moment and share it with people. For me, cooking is an act of love and it is also for this reason that I consider the fundamental details, in fact one of the phrases that most represents me says that “it is the sum of every single detail that makes the difference”.
The passion for cooking as for love must be nurtured day by day.
I am self-taught and I started working out of necessity but I found in the most difficult moment of my life the strength to find the right path and to do today exactly what I have always wanted to do.
I believe that my father guides me in everything I do and today I love my job so much that I couldn’t do without it anymore.
I have found my happiness.
