The Dono Dorato tomato spaccatella is a product obtained from the manual processing of the long tomato. It is cut into 4 parts, worked according to the ancient tradition not depriving it of the peel and inserted in the jar filled with their own sauce. Finally, it is pasteurized with the delicate cooking in a water bath so as not to alter its flavor.
