“DONO DORATO” a bronze-drawn short pasta shape that comes from the combination of durum wheat semolina and water. Their name derives from the type of processing that was used when they were made by hand: the spaghetti was rolled up with a wire and then dried. The shape of the pasta is given by the peculiar curled character in the shape of a carpenter’s shavings.
